Cash flow target: Looking at companies with SDE of between $250,000-1,000,000+

Team size or structure: We are looking for a business whose owner is retiring or wants to step away from running it full-time. We'd love for there to be a strong management team in place when we take over, and for the seller to stay on ~6 months to one year to help ease the transition.

Who is Zo&Co?
Hi there! We are Zoli and Colombe (aka: Zo&Co), a husband and wife team excited to find a dynamic business that we can help support and grow.
Our experience collectively spans decades in the corporate and nonprofit worlds, with a strong focus on business development, marketing, fundraising and team leadership. While we've enjoyed our time at our 9-5's, we've also enjoyed building up businesses on the side, like our marketing agency, We Rel-8, and building and managing our short-term rental property, Zo&Co Lakehouse. We are eager to put our operational mindsets, leadership skills, and visionary leadership towards what we believe our true path is: continuing to grow and support the legacy of a small-medium business through acquisition.
